埃及主流智库“一带一路”认知及政策影响路径研究

摘　　要：埃及智库开展对华研究是两国战略对接的现实需求。埃及智库通常利用智库领导与政府机构以及决策层的密切联系、政策报告、研讨会、媒体宣传等方式对国家内外政策的制定与实施建言献策。金字塔政治与战略研究中心、内阁信息与决策支持中心、埃及外交事务委员会等三家表现突出的埃及智库拥有一批出色的中国问题专家,并且借助“一轨半外交”和“二轨外交”的方式在埃及对华政策中扮演着重要角色。深化中埃智库间对话与合作,有助于推进中埃两国在共建“一带一路”背景下的合作共赢。Egyptian think tanks conducting research on China is a realistic need for the two countries to align their strategies.Egyptian think tanks usually make suggestions on the formulation and implementation of domestic and foreign policies through policy reports,seminars,media publicity and other ways,with close contact between think tank leaders,government agencies and decision-makers.Al-Ahram Center for Political and Strategic Studies,the Cabinet Information and Decision Support Center,and the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs are three prominent Egyptian think tanks with a group of outstanding experts on China studies.They play an important role in Egypt’s China policy through the“Track 1.5 diplomacy”and“Track 2 diplomacy”.On the context of jointly building the“Belt and Road”Initiative,deepening the dialogue and cooperation between Chinese and Egyptian think tanks will help promote win-win cooperation between China and Egypt.
