摘　　要：文章从企业韧性目标出发,以旅游上市公司为研究对象,引入组织构型理论,采用fsQCA分析数字化转型与多元化经营双战略协同对企业韧性的组态效应,进一步探究战略协同的内在机理。结果显示,战略协同能有效实现高企业韧性,且存在“地域专业化市场风险抵御型”“地域多元化代理风险管控型”“行业多元化市场风险分散型”“多元化系统风险管控型”等四种协同构型。而战略失衡将导致低企业韧性,主要存在多元化扩展过快但数字化赋能不足、数字化赋能与企业风险结构失衡等形式。机制分析表明,战略协同达成韧性目标的关键在于数字化赋能组合与企业风险结构的一致性。研究有助于破解旅游企业数字化与多元化战略失衡困境,指导旅游企业数字化转型,推动企业韧性发展。Starting from the goal of enhancing enterprise resilience,this article takes tourism listed companies as the research object,introduces organizational configuration theory,employs fsQCA to analyze the configurational effects of digital transformation and diversified business strategies on enterprise resilience,and explores the internal mechanism of strategic synergy.The results show that strategic synergy can effectively achieve high enterprise resilience,and there are four types of synergistic configurations:regional specialization market risk resistance,regional diversification agency risk management,industry diversification market risk dispersion,and diversified system risk management.However,strategic imbalance will lead to low enterprise resilience,mainly in the form of rapid diversification expansion but insufficient digital empowerment,and imbalance between digital empowerment and enterprise risk structure.Mechanism analysis indicates that the key to achieving resilience goals through strategic synergy lies in the consistency of digital empowerment combinations and enterprise risk structure.This research helps to solve the dilemma of strategic imbalance between digitalization and diversification in tourism enterprises,guides their digital transformation,and promotes the development of enterprise resilience.
