摘　　要：上海市建筑抗震设防经历了从无到有、从6度设防到7度设防逐步提高的过程。文章全面梳理上海市各时期建筑建造时需参考的地震区划图和抗震设计标准,将各版本抗震设计规范设防水准分为3个阶段,即单一水准设防阶段、三水准设防阶段和三水准+性能化设防阶段;同时对其中的地震动参数主要是动力系数β、水平地震影响系数最大值α_(max)、特征周期T_(g)的取值变化进行比较汇总,以期能更好地指导上海市既有房屋的改建、改造工作。Through development for more than 60 years,seismic fortification standard for buildings in Shanghai underwent a process of gradual improvement from scratch and from degree 6 to 7.This paper combs the seismic zoning map and seismic design standard referenced for the buildings constructed in Shanghai in each period.The fortification level for seismic design norm of each version is divided into three stages,i.e.,single level fortification stage,three-level fortification stage and three-level+performance fortification stage;meanwhile,the change in values of seismic motion parameter is compared and summarized,mainly including dynamic coefficientβ,maximum valueα_(max) of horizontal seismic coefficient and characteristic period T_(g),so as to better guide the reconstruction and transformation work for existing houses in Shanghai.
