摘  要:朱鹮(Nipponia nippon)是我国Ⅰ级重点保护鸟类,是林业草原保护“十四五”规划中抢救性保护珍稀濒危野生动物的关键物种之一。从7只奠基者个体到现在的种群破万只,种群遭受严重的瓶颈效应,导致其遗传多样性极为有限。研究综合讨论了在过去40年对朱鹮实施保护以来,在种群多样性、免疫基因多样性、遗传结构分化、配偶选择和基因组等方面的研究,讨论目前存在的种群近交带来的不良影响,以及目前的研究结果在朱鹮物种保护中的指导意义。Nippion nippion is classified as the first-class national protected animal in China and is considered as one of the key species for the rescue protection of rare and endangered wildlife conservation in the 14th Five-Year Plan for Forestry and Grassland Protection.Despite its population growing from seven founder individuals to over 10,000 currently,the population has suffered a serious bottleneck effect,resulting in extremely limited genetic diversity.In this study,the research on population diversity,immune gene diversity,genetic structure differentiation,mate selection,and genome analysis since the protection of crested ibis in the past 40 years was comprehensively discussed,and the adverse effects of population inbreeding at present were discussed,as well as the guiding significance of the current research findings in species conservation endeavors of crested ibis.
