摘 要:以柠檬醛型黄樟一年生半木质化枝条为材料,研究各因素对柠檬醛型黄樟扦插生根的影响,以期为其无性繁殖提供理论依据与技术支撑。结果表明:柠檬醛型黄樟采用短枝条进行扦插,生根率为80.21%,显著高于长枝条扦插,且短枝扦插繁殖系数达3.21,是长枝的4.2倍;IBA能够显著促进柠檬醛型黄樟短枝扦插的生根,在设置IBA浓度的范围内,4000 mg·L^(-1) IBA是柠檬醛型黄樟短枝扦插最适浓度,生根率达83.34%,4000 mg·L^(-1) IBA处理短枝的根数、根粗、根重和根体积也生长较好;蛭石和松树皮混合基质有利于短枝的生根,柠檬醛型黄樟短枝扦插最适扦插基质为蛭石和松树皮配比为1∶1,生根率达到83.34%;扦插时间也显著影响柠檬醛型黄樟短枝的生根,5月和7月扦插生根率高,分别为78.13%和73.96%,显著高于9月生根率(35.42%)。因此,柠檬醛型黄樟扦插繁殖采用微扦插技术,可显著提高繁殖系数和育苗效率。The one-year-old semi-lignified branches of C.porrectum ct.citral were used as materials to study the effects of various factors on the rooting of C.porrectum cuttings in order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for its asexual reproduction.The results showed that the rooting rate of short branches was 80.21%,which was significantly higher than that of long branches,and the propagation coefficient of short branches was 3.21,which was 4.2 times that of long branches.IBA could significantly promote the rooting rate of short branches.The optimum concentration of IBA was 4000 mg·L^(-1),and the rooting rate reached 83.34%.Root number,root diameter,root weight and root volume were also better with 4000 mg·L^(-1) IBA treatment.The mixture medium of vermiculite and pine bark was beneficial to the rooting of short branches,the optimum mixture medium of vermiculite and pine bark was in the ratio of 1:1,and the rooting rate was higher,reaching 83.34%.The cutting time also significantly affected the rooting of short branches.The rooting rate of cutting in May and July was 78.13%and 73.96%respectively,which was significantly higher than that in September(35.42%).Therefore,micro-cuttage technique could be used for cutting propagation of C.porrectum ct.citral,which could significantly improve the propagation coefficient and seedlingraising efficiency.
