摘　　要：介绍了PDCA循环法在提升冷冻机房管线安装质量方面的应用研究。通过分析机房管线安装现状并找出影响安装质量的原因,设置改进目标,根据主次要原因制订计划和方案,执行计划并比较分析,将总结的经验融入下一次的PDCA循环中。This paper introduces the application of PDCA cycle method in improving the quality of pipeline installation in refrigeration room.By analyzing the current situation of pipeline installation in the computer room and finding out the reasons,we set improvement goals,formulate plans and programs according to the primary and secondary reasons,implement plans and do some comparative analysis,and then integrate the summarized experi ence into the next PDCA cycle.
