摘　　要：随着BIM技术在我国大型综合医院建设项目上的应用深度提升,从具体应用点、应用面的拓展到应用管理体系的建立,逐步发展出各类成熟的应用模式。其中,由建设单位主导的技术管理模式在大型综合医院建设项目中得到应用,并取得良好成效。今以浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院绍兴院区工程中BIM技术实践为例,总结医院建筑BIM应用及控制要点,并从BIM与建设项目管理、技术管控角度入手,探讨BIM这项新质生产力技术融入项目全过程基建管理和提升项目技术管控能力的方案。With the deepening application of BIM technology in large general hospital construction projects in China,mature application models have gradually developed from specific application points and scope to the establishment of application management systems.Among them,the management model led by the construction unit has been applied in large general hospital construction projects and has achieved good results.This article takes the practice of BIM technology in the Shaoxing campus project of Run Run Shaw Hospital of Zhejiang University as an example,starts from the perspective of BIM and construction project management and technical control,explores the solution of integrating BIM,a new productivity technology,into the entire process of project infrastructure management and improving project technical control capabilities.Application and control points of BIM in hospital architecture are summarized.
