摘　　要：以浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院为例,探讨了智慧后勤建设在推动医院后勤管理向精细化、高效化发展中的应用策略和实践效果,展示了智慧后勤在能耗管理、智能化设备运维与安全管理、一站式后勤维修服务平台等方面的实践应用,以及通过这些智能化工具实现的资源高效利用和服务质量提升。最后,强调了精细化后勤管理在医院服务效能提升和后勤管理创新中的关键作用,并提出了医院智慧后勤建设面临的挑战和解决策略。Taking the Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital affiliated with the Zhejiang University School of Medicine as an example,this paper discusses the application strategies and practical effects of intelligent logistics construction in promot‐ing the development of hospital logistics management towards refinement and efficiency.It showcases the practical applications of intelligent logistics in aspects such as energy consumption management,intelligent equipment operation and maintenance and safety management,and one-stop logistics maintenance service platform,as well as the efficient utilization of resources and improvement of service quality achieved through these intelligent tools.Finally,it emphasizes the crucial role of refined logistics management in enhancing the service efficiency of hospitals and innovating logistics management,and proposes the challenges and solutions faced by the construction of intelligent logistics in hospitals.
