摘　　要：为解决装配式建筑结构套筒灌浆连接存在的单价成本高、制作与安装难度高、连接质量难以检测等问题,基于等同现浇的概念,提出了一种新型装配式结构技术———装配整体式钢骨架混凝土结构(简称PCT装配式结构)。阐述了PCT装配式结构的技术原理、设计方法、生产、施工及验收要求;介绍了PCT装配式技术在住宅、公共与工业建筑、市政交通和MIC模块化技术等多领域的应用。结果表明:PCT装配式结构在技术上安全可靠,生产上常规快捷,应用上简明易行,具有广泛的应用前景。In order to solve the problems of high unit cost,high difficulty in fabrication and installation,and difficult detection of connection quality in sleeve grouting connection of precast building structure,a new type of precast structure technology:assembled monolithic steel skeleton concrete structure(referred to as PCT precast concrete structure)was proposed based on the concept of equivalent cast-in-place.The PCT precast concrete structure was introduced to theory,method of design,production,construction and quality acceptance.The application of the PCT precast concrete structure technology in various fields such as residential houses,public buildings or industrial buildings,municipal engineering and modular integrated construction(MIC)was elaborated.The results show that PCT precast concrete structure is technically safe and reliable,conventional and fast in production,simple and easy to apply,and has a wide application prospect.
