摘 要:介绍了国内外地下结构预制装配技术的应用现状和存在的问题,以深圳地铁3号线坪西站建设为研究对象,提出了一种基于富水地层内支撑体系下的地铁车站装配式建造技术。根据地铁无柱车站受力特征和道路运输进行结构分块设计,采用不扩大节点的结构构件连接接头方法,通过接头和断面的足尺试验,分析其合理性及可行性,并配套开发了机械化拼装试备,为内支撑体系下地下装配式车站建造实现机械化、精细化、标准化提供一种重要的技术路线。The current application status and existing problems of prefabricated technology for underground structures both at home and abroad were introduced.Taking construction of Pingxi Station on Shenzhen Metro Line 3 as the research object,a new prefabricated construction technology for underground metro stations under inner support system in a water-rich stratum was proposed.The structure was divided into blocks to design according to the load-bearing characteristics of a subway station without columns and road transportation requirements.The structural component connection joint method was adopted without expanding the joint,and the feasibility and rationality of the joint and section were analyzed through full-scale tests,when mechanical assembly equipment was also developed,which provides an important technical route for the mechanization,refinement and standardization of the underground prefabricated station construction under the inner support system.
