摘 要:PHC管桩连接普遍采用人工焊接方法,焊接效率低、劳动强度高、健康危害大,并且容易出现焊缝质量不稳定和承载力不足等问题。为解决上述问题,自主研发了PHC管桩双焊枪智能焊接机器人,通过优化焊接电弧跟踪算法,开发了该机器人专用多层多道焊接工艺,实现了对中小直径PHC管桩接头的高质量焊接。将该机器人在广州白云机场三期安置区项目中进行了示范应用,对PHC管桩接头质量和力学性能进行现场测试分析。结果表明:采用双焊枪智能焊接机器人焊接工艺的PHC管桩,其焊缝满足三级焊缝技术要求,焊接质量稳定,焊接接头传力性能良好,PHC管桩抗拔承载力完全满足设计要求;500mm直径PHC管桩采用双焊枪智能焊接机器人焊接用时仅24min,工作效率比单焊枪焊接机器人提升30%。The connection of PHC pipe piles generally adopts manual welding methods,which have low welding efficiency,high labor intensity,great health hazards,and are prone to problems such as unstable weld quality and insufficient bearing capacity.To solve the above problems,the double welding gun intelligent welding robot for PHC pipe pile was independently developed,by optimizing the welding arc tracking algorithm,and a dedicated multi-layer and multi pass welding process for the robot were developed,achieving high-quality welding of small and medium-sized PHC pipe pile joints.The robot was demonstrated and applied in the third phase resettlement area project of Guangzhou Baiyun Airport,and on-site testing and analysis were conducted on the quality and mechanical properties of PHC pipe pile joints.The results show that the welding seams of PHC pipe piles using the double welding gun intelligent welding robot welding process meet the requirements of the third level welding seam technology,the welding quality is stable,the force transmission performance of the welding joints is good,and the pull-out bearing capacity of the PHC pipe piles fully meets the design requirements.The 500mm diameter PHC pipe pile can be welded using double welding gun intelligent welding robot in just 24 minutes,resulting in a 30%increase in work efficiency compared to a single welding gun welding robot.
