摘 要:随着建筑行业的高速发展,传统的建筑设计方法已难以满足超大规模工程复杂性与高效性的要求。装配式建筑和BIM正向设计的技术革新,有效推进了建筑业的转型升级。以广州市白云机场三期扩建工程安置区项目作为实例,着重论述装配式建筑BIM正向设计技术在超大规模项目实践中的综合应用情况。基于BIM建筑信息模型软件开展延伸开发,实现了在同一平台一体化达成数据交互、数据分析处理、三维数字化成果实施、三维成果交付等应用,提供了一整套全面解决方案。同时采用装配式构件生产管理系统对装配构件拆分模型进行编号、生成二维码,打通了设计、预制构件生产、安装等各环节数据,实现了国内工程领域设计施工数字化的全覆盖式突破。With the rapid development of the construction industry,traditional architectural design methods have been unable to meet the demands of the complexity and efficiency of large-scale projects,prefabricated building and BIM forward design technology innovation effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Taking the PhaseⅢExpansion Project of Baiyun International Airport in Guangzhou as an example,the comprehensive application of the BIM forward design technology for prefabricated buildings was focused on discussing.Based on development of the BIM building information model software,the integrated completion of applications such as data interaction,data analysis and processing,implementation of three-dimensional digital achievements,and delivery of three-dimensional achievements on the same platform were realized,a comprehensive set of solutions was provided.At the same time,the assembly component production management system was used to number the assembly component split model,generate two-dimensional code,the datas of design,prefabricated component production,installation and other links were got through,and a full-coverage breakthrough in the digitalization of design and construction in the domestic engineering field was realized.
