摘 要:使用水泥、粉煤灰、秸秆纤维等基础材料以特定配合比配制混凝土,制作了秸秆纤维自保温混凝土砌块,通过试验探究了混凝土砌块的抗冻性和抗压强度。结果表明:砌块冻融前后质量损失率为1.2%,强度损失率为5.3%,具有良好的抗冻性;砌体的轴心抗压强度为3.59MPa,满足相关标准要求。所制备的秸秆纤维自保温混凝土砌块力学性能优良,可满足工程使用需要。In this study,straw fiber self-insulated concrete blocks were produced using specific mix proportions of basic materials such as cement,fly ash,straw fiber.The frost resistance and compressive strength of the concrete blocks were tested.The results show that the mass loss rate of the blocks before and after freeze-thaw is 1.2%,while the strength loss rate is 5.3%,indicating effective frost resistance.The axial compressive strength is 3.59 MPa,which meets the requirements of relevant standards.Therefore,it can be concluded that straw fiber self-insulated concrete blocks own excellent mechanical properties and can well meet engineering needs.
