摘 要:以申嘉湖(S32)高速公路为研究对象,对沿线梳齿板伸缩缝的破坏情况进行了调研分析。结合其成因提出全新的修复理念,即套筒螺栓锚固构造和增设缓冲接触面的方法。并对套筒螺栓的构造设计、套筒连接设计、缓冲接触面设计、栓帽止动齿块设计等关键技术进行了深入的研究和探讨。结果表明:该技术能够有效提高梳齿板伸缩缝的修复质量。Taking the S32 Shenjiahu expressway as the case study,the damage to the expansion joint of comb plate along the expressway was investigated.Considering its causes,a new repair concept was proposed,and methods of sleeve bolt anchoring structure and adding buffer contact surface were established.The key technologies of the design of the sleeve bolt structure,sleeve connection,cushioning contact surface and stopper block of the bolt cap were analyzed and discussed.The results show that the proposed technology can effectively improve the repair quality of the expansion joint of the comb plate.
