冬季低温预制节段改性拼接胶的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：针对三北地区冬季低温-5~10℃预制节段拼接胶技术的不足,进行低温预制节段拼接胶的制备与性能研究。通过研究不同稀释剂及其添加量、不同固化剂、不同促进剂添加量下预制节段拼接胶的物理性能以及力学性能,开发出了满足低温-5~10℃施工要求的预制节段拼接胶。结果表明,在低温-5~10℃,稀释剂采用636,添加量为环氧树脂质量的30%;固化剂采用改性聚硫醇;促进剂K54添加量为固化剂质量的8%,预制节段拼接胶可挤压性3140 mm2,可粘接时间65 min,大试块抗压强度73.4 MPa,小试块抗压强度64.8 MPa,满足低温施工要求。In response to the technical shortcomings of winter low--temperature-5~10 C prefabricated segmental splicing adhesive in the three northern regions,the preparation and performance research of low-temperature prefabricated segmental splicing adhesive were studied.By studying the physical properties and mechanical properties of prefabricated segmental splicing adhesives under various conditions,including different diluents and their respective addition amounts,different curing agents,and different additions of accelerators,an prefabricated segmental splicing adhesives that meet the construction requirements of low temperature-5~10℃had been developed.The results showed that at low temperature-5~10℃,when diluent was 636,with an addition amount of 30%of the mass of epoxy resin,the curing agent was modified polymercaptan,the accelerator K54 was 8%of the quality of the curing agent,the squeezability of the epoxy adhesive for precast segmental construction was 3140 mm',the open time was 65min,the compressive strength of the large test block was 73.4 MPa,and the compressive strength of the small test block was 64.8 MPa,meeting the requirements of low-temperature construction.
