一种碳点抑菌剂改性麻醉塑料吸管特性分析及应用

摘  要:研究提出一种碳点抑菌剂改性麻醉用的塑料吸入管,并对改性的塑料材料性能和临床应用效果进行分析。试验结果表明,选择质量分数8%乙二胺和质量分数5%羟丙基甲基纤维素为原料,反应得到的碳点抑菌剂表面电荷为38.7 mV,产率为15.4%;当碳点抑菌剂的用量为0.3%,抑菌塑料材料的水接触角为81.33°,拉伸强度为8.17 MPa,断裂伸长率为4.1%,撕裂强度为71.47 kN/m,对大肠杆菌抑菌率约为21.7%,对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率约为29.7%,细胞存活率超过95%,表现出良好的综合性能,可显著降低患者感染率,表现出良好的应用效果。In this study,a plastic suction tube for modified anesthesia with carbon dot bacteriostatic agent was proposed,and the properties and clinical application effects of the modified plastic materials were analyzed.The experimental results showed that when 8%ethylenediamine and 5%hydroxypropyl methylcellulose were selected as raw materials,the surface charge of the carbon dot antibacterial agent obtained by the reaction was 38.7 mV,and the yield was 15.4%.When the dosage of carbon dot antibacterial agent was 0.3%,the water contact angle of antibacterial rubber material was 81.33°,the tensile strength was 8.17 MPa,the elongation at break was 4.1%,the tear strength was 71.47 kN/m,the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli was about 21.7%,the antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus was about 29.7%,and the cell survival rate exceeded 95%,showing good comprehen⁃sive performance.The anesthesia inhalation tube made of antibacterial rubber used in clinical anesthesia trials may significantly reduce the infection rate of patients and demonstrate good application effects.
