摘 要:为加强硅橡胶材料的密封性能,试验主要以硅橡胶与氟橡胶共混,制备一种变压器用的密封胶材料,并研究材料性能。试验结果表明,适量的氟橡胶与硅橡胶共混改性,制备的密封胶材料硫化特性良好,气密性、耐油性、强度以及耐老化性能提高;当混入40%氟橡胶时,密封胶材料的气体渗透系数下降51.9%,耐油体积变化率下降42.7%,拉伸强度保持率增加33.6%;本试验选择以24%氟橡胶混入硅橡胶,此时,材料在老化前后的拉伸强度分别为8.26、4.12 MPa,增幅分别为11.5%、60.3%,且在老化后的断裂伸长率超过60%,气密性和耐油性良好。To enhance the sealing performance of silicone rubber materials,a sealant material for transformers was prepared by blending silicone rubber and fluorine rubber,and the material properties were studied.The experimental results showed that a suitable amount of fluorine rubber and silicon rubber were blended and modified to prepare a sealant material with good vulcanization characteristics,improved airtightness,oil resistance,strength,and aging resistance.When 40%fluororubber was mixed,the gas permeability coefficient of the sealant material decreased by 51.9%,the oil resistance volume change rate decreased by 42.7%,and the tensile strength retention rate increased by 33.6%.In this experiment,24%fluororubber was mixed with silicone rubber.At this time,the tensile strength of the material before and after aging was 8.26 MPa and 4.12 MPa,respectively,with an increase of 11.5%and 60.3%,respectively.The elongation at break after aging exceeded 60%,indicating good airtightness and oil resistance.
