摘  要:为研究聚硫密封胶粘接铝合金和碳纤维复材的耐盐雾腐蚀能力以及其制作的箱体连接结构的耐盐雾腐蚀、水冲击和水密性能。通过考察聚硫密封胶对铝合金和碳纤维复材的剪切和剥离性能随盐雾老化时间的变化,验证聚硫密封胶的长期耐盐雾腐蚀性能;同时,采用聚硫密封胶制备螺接/铆接+胶接连接结构的模拟箱体,考察该模拟箱体经盐雾腐蚀、水冲击后的水密性,全面评估使用聚硫密封胶制作螺接/铆接+胶接连接结构箱体的耐水密封性。采用合适的密封胶进行密封可以有效延缓腐蚀发生。In order to study the salt spray corrosion resistance of polysulfide sealant bonding aluminum alloy and carbon fiber composites,and the salt spray corrosion resistance,water impact and watertightness of the box connection structure made by polysulfide sealant,the long-term salt spray corrosion resistance of polysulfide sealant was verified by investigating the shear and peel properties of polysulfide sealant on aluminum alloy and carbon fiber composites with salt spray aging time.the simulated box of screwing/riveting+glued connection structure was prepared by polysulfide sealant,and the water tightness of the simulated box after salt spray corrosion and water impact was investigated,and the water resistance sealing of the box made by screwing/riveting+gluing connection structure using polysulfide sealant was comprehensively evaluated.Sealing with a suitable sealant can effectively delay the occurrence of corrosion.
