摘 要:试验以改性多壁碳纳米管、聚己内酯为材料,通过静电纺丝、真空高压喷涂等工艺,制备一种导电纳米纤维膜材料,并对该导电纳米纤维膜材料层数对材料性能的影响和在电刺激治疗认知障碍时的应用效果进行验证。结果表明,增加导电纳米纤维膜材料层数,有利于增大多壁碳纳米管含量并增大肌电刺激材料的电流密度。当导电纳米纤维膜层数为2层时,肌电刺激材料综合性能良好,电流密度最大为45.19 A/m^(2);临床治疗效果表明,以这种肌电刺激材料作为电极片时,患者的认知功能以及神经功能缺损情况均得到改善,具有一定临床应用价值。In this experiment,a conductive nanofiber membrane material was prepared by electrospinning,vacuum high-pressure spraying and other processes using modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes and polycaprolactones as materials,and the effect of the number of layers of the conductive nanofiber membrane on the properties of the material and its application effect in the treatment of cognitive impairment with electrical stimulation were verified.The results showed that number of conductive nanofiber membrane layers was beneficial for increasing the content of multi-walled carbon nanotubes and the current density of the electromyographic stimulation material.When the number of conductive nanofiber membrane layers was 2,the comprehensive performance of the electromyographic stimulation material was good,with a maximum current density of 45.19 A/m^(2).The clinical treatment effect showed that when using this electromyographic stimulation material as electrode pads,patients’cognitive and neurological deficits were improved,which has certain clinical application value.
