摘  要:为提高麻醉术后引流导管的粘接能力,根据TPU导管组装过程的需要,制备了一种光固化聚丙烯酸3,3,5-三甲基环己醇酯胶(UV胶)以用于导管的组装。试验首先对UV胶进行制备,并对制备后的UV胶的基本性能和临床应用效果进行表征。结果表明,UV胶胶浆在紫外灯下固化后折射率为1.4899、透光率为81.23%、粘着力166.21 N/20 mm,密封性和抗腐蚀性能优异,在使用过程中不会发生泄漏现象;将该UV胶粘接组装的TPU导管用于麻醉术后患者的临床试验,不会发生漏气、漏液现象,导管粘接处也不会发生破裂、被腐蚀现象,符合临床对医用导管的基本要求,能达到完全密闭的条件。To improve the bonding ability of drainage catheters after anesthesia,a light-curing polyacrylic acid 3,3,5-trethylcyclohexanol ester adhesive(UV adhesive)was prepared for the assembly of the catheter according to the needs of the TPU catheter assembly process.Firstly,the UV adhesive was prepared,and the basic properties and clinical application effects of the prepared UV adhesive were characterized.The results showed that the UV adhesive had a refractive index of 1.4899,a transmittance of 81.23%,and an adhesion force of 166.21 N/20 mm after curing under ultraviolet light.It also had excellent sealing and anti-corrosion properties and would not leak during use.The TPU catheter with this UV adhesive was used in clinical trials for patients after anesthesia,there was no air and liquid leakage,and the catheter bond was not ruptured or corroded,which meets the basic clinical requirements for medical catheters and can achieve complete sealing conditions.
