摘 要:为提高胃管硅胶材料的舒适性,以壳聚糖和硫酸软骨素为主要原材料,制备一种用于普通硅胶胃管表面的涂层材料,并对这种新型硅胶材料的性能和临床应用效果进行验证。结果表明:当紫外固化时间为20 min时,新型硅胶胃管涂层材料的表面粗糙度为22.3 mm,表面接触角为23.4°,血清白蛋白的吸附量降低77.67%,纤维蛋白吸附量降低62.33%;将该涂层材料用于硅胶胃管表面,可降低患者胃管脱管和压力性损伤发生率,并提高患者满意度。该新型硅胶胃管表面涂层材料具备优异的亲水性能和抗蛋白吸附性能,能减轻患者疼痛,提高传统硅胶胃管的舒适性。In order to improve the comfort of silicone materials for gastric tubes,a composite material for the surface of ordinary silicone gastric tubes was prepared using chitosan and chondroitin sulfate as the main raw materials,and the properties and clinical application effects of this new silicone material were verified.The results showed that when the UV curing time was 20 minutes,the surface roughness of the new silicone gastric tube composite material was 22.3 mm,the surface contact angle was 23.4°,the adsorption amount of serum albumin decreased by 77.67%,and the adsorption amount of fibrin decreased by 62.33%.The use of this composite material to the surface of silicone gastric tubes could reduce the incidence of gastric tube deprivation and pressure injuries in patients,and improve patient satisfaction.The surface composite material of the new silicone gastric tube has excellent hydrophilic and anti-protein adsorption properties,which can alleviate patient pain and improve the comfort of traditional silicone gastric tubes.
