摘 要:为缓解矿料紧缺难题,同时引入玄武岩纤维,开展矿渣砂应用于微表处混合料中的可行性及路用性能研究。为实现矿料级配的精细化设计,对不同矿渣砂等质量替代石灰岩机制砂的MS-3微表处混合料进行矿料级配设计,同时对混合料开展耐磨性、水稳定性、抗车辙及高温性能等研究。试验结果表明,随着矿渣砂掺量的增加,浸水1 h和6 d的湿轮磨耗值、宽度及车辙深度变形率均呈现先降低后升高的趋势,动稳定度呈现先升高后降低的趋势;为实现矿渣砂的最大利用率,且保证混合料的路用性能,从耐磨、水稳定性及抗车辙角度考虑,矿渣砂的合理掺量为20%,从高温稳定性角度考虑,矿渣砂的最佳掺量为30%。In order to alleviate the problem of shortage of mineral materials,basalt fibers were introduced at the same time,and the feasibility and road performance of slag sand applied to microsurface mixtures were studied.In order to achieve precise design of mineral aggregate grading,the ore gradation design was carried out on the MS-3 micro-surface mixture with different slag sand and other qualities to replace limestone machine-made sand,and the wear resistance,water stability,rutting resistance and high temperature performance of the mixture were studied.The test results showed that with the increase of slag sand content,the wet wheel wear value,width,and rutting depth deformation rate of the mixture soaked for 1 hour and 6 days showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,and the dynamie stability showed a trend of first inereasing and then decreasing.In order to achieve the maximum utilization rate of slag sand and ensure the road performance of the mixture,the reasonable content of slag sand was 20%from the perspective of wear resistance,water stability and rutting resistance,and the optimal content of slag sand was 30%from the perspective of high temperature stability.
