摘 要:通过对多钉搭接接头极限承载力影响因素的研究,对螺栓连接接头的失效进行表征。试验结果表明,靠近加载端的螺栓孔应变能由内向外传递和扩展。单搭接接头在载荷偏心作用下产生附加弯矩,降低了试件的承载能力。而双搭接接头和斜削双搭接接头结构对称,对极限承载力产生积极的影响。螺栓预紧力、排距和列距均为搭接接头承载力影响因素,适当增加螺栓预紧力可以有效提升连接接头的极限承载力;随列距和排距的增加,搭接接头极限承载力随之增加,但排距对斜削双搭接接头承载能力的促进作用随排距的增加而减弱。By studying the factors affecting the ultimate bearing capacity of multi nail lap joints,the failure pattern of bolted joints was characterized.The test results showed that the strain energy of the bolt hole near the loading end was transmitted and expanded from the inside to the outside.Single lap joints generated additional bending moments under the action of load eccentricity,which reduced the bearing capacity of the specimen.The symmetrical structure of double lap joints and diagonal double lap joints had a positive impact on the ultimate bearing capacity.The pre tightening force of bolts,row spacing,and column spacing were all factors that affect the bearing capacity of lap joints,and appropriately increasing the bolt preload could effectively improve the ultimate bearing capacity of connecting joints.As the row spacing and row spacing increased,the ultimate bearing capacity of the lap joint increased,but the promoting effect of row spacing on the bearing capacity of the diagonal double lap joint weakened with the increase of row spacing.
