摘　　要：为提高患者在手术后的凝血止血护理效果,以壳聚糖、海藻酸钠等为材料研制一种可吸收性止血海绵材料,并添加氨甲环酸进行改性,探讨止血海绵材料性能和护理应用效果。结果显示,当止血海绵材料中添加氨甲环酸后,材料拉伸强度降低,抗压强度提高,提高幅度为9.10%,且材料表现出较小的细胞毒性和溶血率,生物相容性良好;添加氨甲环酸的止血海绵材料内源性、外源性血液凝固时间分别为17、14 s,材料凝血止血性能优异。经护理应用验证,含氨甲环酸止血海绵材料可以缩短患者止血时间,提高止血成功率和患者舒适满意度,临床护理应用效果良好。To improve the nursing effect of coagulation and hemostasis after surgery,an absorbable hemostatic sponge material was developed using materials with chitosan and sodium alginate as materials,tranexamic acid was added for modification,and the properties and nursing application effects of hemostatic sponge materials were discussed.The results showed that when tranexamic acid was added to the hemostatic sponge material,the tensile strength of the material decreased and the compressive strength increased by 9.10%.The material also exhibited low cytotoxicity and hemolysis rate,and good biocompatibility.In addition,the hemostatic sponge material with added tranexamic acid had an endogenous and exogenous blood coagulation time of 17 seconds and 14 seconds,respectively,indicating excellent coagulation and hemostatic properties.Verified by nursing application,tranexamic acid-containing hemostatic sponge material can shorten the hemostatic time of patients,improve the success rate of hemostasis and patient comfort satisfaction,and have good clinical nursing application effects.
