摘 要:将再生红砖砂和再生玻璃砂作为负载纳米二氧化钛的载体,制备一种红砖砂/玻璃砂复合光催化剂砂浆面板,对复合光催化剂砂浆面板的配比进行优化,然后对其降解空气中有害气体的规律进行研究。试验结果表明,当玻璃砂占复合光催化剂总量的40%,红砖砂占催化剂总量的60%,纳米二氧化钛用量为1%,分散方式为超声分散时,复合光催化剂砂浆流动度和稠度分别为170 mm和50 mm,复合光催化砂浆试件14 d抗压强度和抗折强度分别为14.7 MPa和4.5 MPa,对NOx的降解率为41.7%。当有害气体浓度一定或有害气体流速一定的条件下,有害气体浓度越高,流速越高,则复合催化砂浆面板对有害气体的降解率越低。Recycled red brick sand and recycled glass sand were used as carriers to support nano-titanium dioxide,a red brick sand/glass sand composite photocatalyst mortar panel was prepared,the ratio of the composite photocatalyst mortar panel was optimized,and then the law of degradation of harmful gases in the air was studied.The experimental results showed that when glass sand accounted for 40%of the total amount of composite photocatalyst,red brick sand accounted for 60%of the total amount of catalyst,nano titanium dioxide dosage was 1%,and the dispersion method was ultrasonic dispersion,the fluidity and consistency of the composite photocatalyst mortar were 170 mm and 50 mm,respectively.The compressive strength and flexural strength of the composite photocatalyst mortar specimen at 14 days were 14.7 MPa and 4.5 MPa,respectively,and the degradation rate of NOx was 41.7%.When the concentration of harmful gases was constant or the flow rate of harmful gases was constant,the higher the concentration and flow rate of harmful gases,the lower the degradation rate of harmful gases by composite catalytic mortar panels.
