摘 要:为降低燃煤机组的煤耗和碳排放量,提升热电厂的经济效益,构建考虑碳排放目标的燃煤机组负荷量节能模糊控制模型。采用高斯过程回归模型提取燃煤机组的煤耗特征,结合预测结果构建负荷经济调度煤耗最小、碳排放量最小的燃煤机组负荷量节能模糊控制目标函数,并确定相关约束条件;通过模糊控制评估器确定目标函数的最优权重参数后,基于改进鲸鱼算法求解目标函数。测试结果表明,该模型能够有效降低燃煤机组的煤耗,机组的煤耗在300~320 kg/(MW·h),碳排放量低于432.5 Nm^(3)/h,二氧化硫超标率均在7.5%以下,极大程度控制二氧化硫的超标率,提升热电厂的经济效益。To reduce the coal consumption and carbon emissions of coal-fired units and improve the economic benefits of thermal power plants,an energy-saving fuzzy control model for coal-fired unit load considering carbon emission targets was constructed.The Gaussian process regression model was used to extract the coal consumption characteristics of coal-fired units,and the energy-saving fuzzy control objective function of coal-fired units with the minimum coal consumption and carbon emission of load economy dispatch was constructed based on the prediction results,and the relevant constraints were determined.After the optimal weight parameters of the objective function were determined by the fuzzy control evaluator,the objective function was solved based on the improved whale algorithm.The test results showed that the model could effectively reduce the coal consumption of coal-fired units,the coal consumption of the units was 300 to 320 kg/(MW·h),carbon emissions were less than 432.5 Nm^(3)/h,and sulfur dioxide exceeding rates were less than 7.5%,which greatly controls the sulfur dioxide excess rate and improves the economic benefits of the thermal power plant.
