摘  要:针对传统系统在处理海量图像数据时,常面临并发处理能力有限和扩展性差的问题。本文提出了一种基于消息中间件和云函数的高性能弹性伸缩处理系统架构,以解决这些挑战。该架构利用消息队列实现任务的异步解耦和队列缓冲,以提高系统并发能力。同时,借助云函数的弹性计算特性,实现图像处理服务的按需伸缩,从而确保高效处理能力,降低成本,并提升资源使用效率。实验结果表明,该架构可显著提升处理性能,并实现弹性扩展,为大规模图像数据的实时处理提供了重要价值。In order to solve the problems of limited concurrent processing capacity and poor scalability when traditional systems process massive image data,a high-performance auto scaling processing system architecture based on message middleware and cloud function was proposed in this paper to solve these challenges.The architecture utilized message queues to achieve asynchronous decoupling and queue buffering of tasks,thereby improving the system's concurrency.Additionally,by leveraging the elastic computing characteristics of cloud functions,the architecture enabled on-demand scaling of image processing services,ensuring efficient processing capabilities,reducing costs,and enhancing resource utilization efficiency.Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed architecture significantly improved processing performance and achieved elastic scaling,providing significant value for real-time processing of large-scale image data.
