摘 要:为确保土壤污染监测结果的全面性和可靠性,土壤化工污染监测点空间布设情况,直接影响土壤化工污染监测结果的可靠性,因此,提出基于FCM聚类算法的土壤化工污染监测点空间布设方法。通过面积权重比例法确定监测点数量,并将数量与污染数据结合形成数据样本集。应用FCM聚类算法进行聚类处理,并引入密度敏感距离优化聚类效果,确保数据全局一致性。利用空间模拟退火算法优化布设位置。测试结果表明,该方法能有效确定监测点数量,提升布设均匀性,总体代表指数和偏离指数均高于0.906,且避免了局部监测点密集现象。In order to ensure the comprehensiveness and reliability of soil pollution monitoring results,the spatial layout of soil chemical pollution monitoring points directly affects the reliability of soil chemical pollution monitoring results,therefore,a spatial layout method for soil chemical pollution monitoring points based on FCM clustering algorithm was proposed.The number of monitoring points was determined using the area weight ratio method,and the quantity was combined with pollution data to form a data sample set.The FCM clustering algorithm was applied for clustering processing,and density sensitive distance was introduced to optimize the clustering effect,ensuring global data consistency.The spatial simulation annealing algorithm was used to optimize the placement position.The test results showed that this method could effectively determine the number of monitoring points,improve the uniformity of deployment,and the overall representative index and deviation index were both higher than 0.906,while avoiding the phenomenon of dense local monitoring points.
