摘 要:针对当前空域容流饱和的现象越来越严重,航班延误率也在逐渐升高。提高管制效率最有效的方法就是降低管制工作的复杂性。首先借鉴动态密度模型中的复杂性指标,以聚类分析方法筛选管制工作复杂性指标,保留对管制工作复杂性分辨能力较大的指标。其次用航空器架次表征复杂性指标,新增天气因素指标模型,解决了动态密度模型指标数据获取难的问题,建立了新的管制工作复杂性模型。通过信息熵理论,得到两种情况下各复杂性指标的权重。最后依据国内西南某机场空域扇区的实际情况验证该模型。结果表明,建立的管制工作复杂性模型可以很好地反映管制工作复杂性。At present,the phenomenon of airspace capacity saturation is becoming more and more serious,and the flight delay rate is gradually increasing.Among them,the most effective way to improve control efficiency is to reduce the complexity of control work.Firstly,the complexity indicators in dynamic density model are used for reference,and the complexity indicators of control work are screened by cluster analysis method,and the indicators with greater ability to distinguish the complexity of control work are retained.Secondly,the complexity index is represented by aircraft sorties,and the weather factor index model is added,which solves the problem of difficulty in obtaining index data of dynamic density model and establishes a new complexity model of control work.Through the information entropy theory,the weight of each complexity index in two cases is obtained.Finally,the model is verified according to the actual situation of an airport airspace sector in southwest China,and the results show that the complexity model of control work can well reflect the complexity of control work.
