摘  要:为保证大型飞机多维度的高效率、高质量研制,在大型飞机已形成的以单体、单点架构支撑详细设计阶段为主的研发体系基础上,构建多维度数字样机研发体系。该体系使传统的串行、后期验证、试验驱动的研发过程,转变为并行、持续优化、仿真驱动的数字样机研发过程;使型号数据在飞机需求→设计→制造→服务等全生命周期流动、共享,实施面向“全机、全周期、全研制链”的数字样机,满足大型飞机“研、试、用、改”并行走的复杂业务场景需求,推进飞机数字化研发模式变革。In order to ensure the multi-state and serialization high-efficient and high-quality development of the large aircraft,a Multi-Dimensional digital mockup research and development system based on the research and development system of large aircraft which is based on the single and single point architecture supporting the detailed design stage.The research and development system can transform the traditional serial,post validation,and experiment driven traditional process into a parallel,continuously optimized,and simulation driven digital prototype process;A bidirectional closed-loop control method for the require→design→manufacturing→service of the whole lifecycle of aircraft development is studied,and the digital mockup implementation of“the whole aircraft,the whole lifecycle,and the whole development chain”is carried out to promote the transformation of the digital aircraft research and development mode.
