摘 要:随着机载电子硬件规模和功能架构复杂程度的增加,各种电子硬件开发和验证工具使用日益广泛。机载电子硬件研制团队在硬件开发过程中,不仅要考虑机载电子硬件的适航审定要求,也要考虑研制过程中所用工具的鉴定要求。以DO-254和DO-330标准为基础,介绍了判断硬件开发和验证工具是否需要鉴定的流程、确定其工具鉴定等级的方法以及TQL-5级工具鉴定的生命周期过程。通过项目实例验证了方法的可行性。With the increase of the scale and complexity of the functional architecture of airborne electronic hardware,various electronic hardware development and verification tools are used more and more widely.In the process of hardware development,the airborne electronic hardware development team should not only consider the airworthiness certification requirements of airborne electronic hardware,but also consider the qualification requirements of the tools used in the development process.Based on DO-254 and DO-330 standards,this paper introduces the process of judging whether hardware development and verification tools need qualification,the method of determining their qualification level,and the life cycle process of TQL-5 tool qualification.Finally,a project example proves that DO-330 is feasible as a conformance method for the qualification of airborne electronic hardware tools.
