摘　　要：肥厚型心肌病(HCM)已逐渐成为最常见的心肌病,我国患病人数高达700万,晕厥猝死发生率高,护理难度大,国内未有统一的护理规范,为此我们成立了一个专门的规范构建小组。通过广泛检索国内外相关文献资料,组织了两轮专家会议和多次小组讨论,最终形成HCM护理实践规范。本规范以标准的护理程序为基础框架,涵盖集束化护理、HCM相关治疗的护理、并发症管理及出院后的长期管理计划等多个方面,以期为HCM患者的临床护理工作提供明确而有效的指导和支持。Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)has gradually become the most common cardiomyopathy,and there are 7 million HCM patients in China.The incidence of sudden syncope death is high in HCM patients,and its nursing is very difficult.There is no uniform nursing care in China,so we set up a special normative construction team.The group extensively reviewed relevant domestic and international literature and organized two rounds of expert meetings along with multiple group discussions,ultimately forming this standard.Based on the standard nursing procedure framework,the content covers bundled care,nursing for HCM-related treatments,complication management,and long-term management plans post-discharge.The nursing standards aim to provide clear and effective guidance and support for the clinical nursing of HCM patients.
