摘 要:Piezo1作为一种机械敏感离子通道,以跨膜同源三聚体复合物的形式存在,调节钙内流,将各种机械力转化为生化信号,影响多种细胞活动。Piezo1在各种细胞类型中均表达,尤其是在内皮细胞和血管平滑肌细胞中,可以被局部血流量增加相关的剪切应力及血压升高时细胞膜拉伸激活。越来越多的证据表明,Piezo1在高血压的血压调节和血管重塑中具有重要意义。本文对Piezo1在高血压及相关并发症(如动脉粥样硬化、心力衰竭、脑卒中和肾脏疾病等)中的作用进行综述,以期为Piezo1在高血压的治疗和发病机制研究提供新的思路。Piezo1 acts as a mechanosensitive ion channel in the form of a transmembrane homotrimeric complex that regulates calcium inward flow, converts various mechanical forces into biochemical signals, and affects a wide range of cellular activities. Piezo1 is expressed in a wide range of cell types, particularly in endothelial and vascular smooth muscle cells, and can be activated by shear stress associated with increases in localized blood flow as well as by stretching of the cell membrane when blood pressure is elevated. Increasing evidence suggests that Piezo1 is important in blood pressure regulation and vascular remodeling in hypertension. This article provides a brief review of the role of Piezo1 in hypertension and related complications, such as atherosclerosis, heart failure, stroke, and renal disease, with the aim of providing new ideas for the study of the therapeutic and pathogenic mechanisms of Piezo1 in hypertension.
