摘　　要：心力衰竭院外管理涉及容量管理、营养管理、心脏康复、心理支持等多方面内容。本文综述了慢性心衰(心衰)患者院外管理的最新进展,以期为规范我国心衰患者的院外管理,改善心衰患者的预后提供指导。Out-of-hospital management of heart failure(HF)involves volume management,nutritional support,cardiac rehabilitation,psychological counseling.This article reviews the current status and progress of out-of-hospital management for patients with chronic HF,in order to provide guidance for standardizing the out-of-hospital management of patients with HF and improving the prognosis of patients with HF in China.
