摘　　要：心力衰竭(心衰)是心血管疾病的“终末战场”,具有较高的患病率和死亡率,尤其对于射血分数降低的心力衰竭(HFrEF)。此类患者大部分心电图QRS间期<130 ms,心脏收缩力调节器(CCM)被证实是一种可以改善这类患者临床症状的治疗方式,且安全、有效。因此,本文就CCM临床应用及进展进行综述。Heart failure(HF)is the"Final Battlefield"of cardiovascular disease with a high morbidity and mortality rate,especially for heart failure with reduced ejection fraction(HFrEF).The duration of QRS complex in most patients with HFrEF is less than 130 ms,and cardiac contractility modulation(CCM)has been proved to be a safe and effective treatment that can improve the clinical symptoms of such patients.Thus,this article reviews the clinical application and progress of CCM.
