摘　　要：高职院校近些年在教学硬件设备、校园基础建设、引进高学历师资等方面加大投入力度,他们越来越重视课堂教学质量、招生质量、毕业生就业质量等方面的发展。高职院校大学生就业问题被教育部越来越重视,就业质量、就业率、工资薪酬等因素成为众多学生择校的选择标准。本文采用调查问卷的研究方法,在校企合作背景下对甘肃省白银市B高职院校2024届毕业生就业质量进行详细的调查问卷,并根据数据对2024届毕业生就业情况进行综合分析,提出校企合作对高职院校毕业生就业的作用以及影响。In recent years,vocational colleges have increased investment in teaching hardware equipment,campus infrastruc-ture construction,and the introduction of highly educated teachers.They are increasingly emphasizing the development of classroom teaching quality,enrollment quality,and graduate employment quality.The employment issue of vocational college students is in-creasingly valued by the Ministry of Education,and factors such as employment quality,employment rate,and salary have become the selection criteria for many students when choosing schools.This article adopts the research method of survey questionnaire to conduct a detailed survey questionnaire on the employment quality of 2024 graduates from B vocational colleges in Baiyin City,Gansu Province,under the background of school enterprise cooperation.Based on the data,a comprehensive analysis is conducted on the employment situation of 2024 graduates,proposing the role and impact of school enterprise cooperation on the employment of graduates from vocational colleges.
