摘　　要：当前,百年未有之大变局加速演进,国际安全形势复杂严峻,不确定性、不可预测性因素明显增多。习近平主席提出的全球安全倡议,为破解层出不穷的安全难题、维护全球和平稳定、构建持久和平的世界提供了中国方案,贡献了中国智慧。公共安全事关民众安全福祉和发展稳定大局,推动落实全球安全倡议,深化全球公共安全合作对话,有利于完善全球安全治理体系,构建全球公共安全共同体,携手共建持久和平的、共同繁荣的人类命运共同体。Currently,the world is seeing unprecedented changes not seen in a century,and the international security situation is complex and severe,marked by increasing uncertainties and unpredictability.President Xi Jinping's global security initiative provides a Chinese solution to address various security challenges,maintain global peace and stability,and build lasting global peace.Public safety is essential for people's well-being and overall stability and development.Promoting and implementing this global security initiative,along with fostering dialogue on global public safety cooperation,will enhance the global security governance system and contribute to building a global community of public safety and a shared future for humanity that ensures lasting peace and common prosperity.
