摘　　要：全球正面临着前所未有的安全挑战,国际形势愈加复杂多变。中国作为一个重要的全球治理参与者,必须积极应对这些挑战,通过加强涉外警务合作来维护国家安全和公共安全。从冷战结束到今天,世界政治正在经历实质性逆转,全球地缘政治格局正在出现新的结构性对抗和冲突。The world is facing unprecedented security challenges,and the international situation is becoming increasingly complex and volatile.As a key participant in global governance,China must actively respond to these challenges by strengthening international police cooperation to safeguard its national security and public security.
