融媒体时代新闻播音员提高自我创新能力的研究

摘　　要：随着现时代信息技术的飞速发展,融媒体时代已然来临,尤其是在新闻传播领域,正经历着深刻的变革。传统新闻传播模式在这一时代背景下受到了巨大冲击,而新闻播音员作为新闻传播的关键环节之一,也面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇。本文首先阐述融媒体时代的多元融合、互动传播和跨界融合等特征,以及新闻播音员在此时代的重要性。接着深入剖析新闻播音员提高自我创新能力面临的问题,包括传统播音主持风格与融媒体需求的冲突、人才培养模式与市场需求的脱节以及播音主持人身份转变带来的挑战。随后探讨提高自我创新能力的目的及意义,涵盖增强新闻吸引力和感染力、确保信息权威性和可信度、满足受众个性化需求、增强与受众互动、促进新闻传播模式创新和提升新闻行业竞争力等方面。最后提出强化基础能力、提升文化传播能力以及针对创新困难的解决方案等思路与方法,强调新闻播音员需积极适应时代变化,提升创新能力,以期为新闻播音员在融媒体时代更好地履行职责、提升新闻传播效果提供有益的参考。With the rapid development of information technology in the current era,the era of integrated media has arrived,especially in the field of news communication,which is undergoing profound changes.The traditional news dissemination model has been greatly impacted in this era,and news broadcasters,as one of the key links in news dissemination,are also facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.This article first elaborates on the characteristics of diversified integration,interactive communication,and cross-border integration in the era of integrated media,as well as the importance of news broadcasters in this era.Continuing with an in-depth analysis of the problems faced by news anchors in improving their self innovation capabilities,including the conflict between traditional broadcasting and hosting styles and the demand for integrated media,the disconnect between talent training models and market demand,and the challenges brought about by the transformation of broadcasting and hosting identities.Subsequently,the purpose and significance of improving self innovation ability will be explored,covering aspects such as enhancing the attractiveness and infectiousness of news,ensuring the authority and credibility of information,meeting the personalized needs of audiences,enhancing interaction with audiences,promoting innovation in news communication models,and enhancing the competitiveness of the news industry.Finally,ideas and methods are proposed to strengthen basic abilities,enhance cultural communication capabilities,and provide solutions to innovation difficulties.It is emphasized that news broadcasters need to actively adapt to changes in the times and improve their innovation capabilities,in order to provide useful references for news broadcasters to better fulfill their responsibilities and enhance the effectiveness of news communication in the era of integrated media.
