摘　　要：在信息技术日新月异的今天,人类社会已经迈入了一个全新的时代——全媒体时代。这个时代以信息传播渠道的多元化和交互性为核心特征,不仅极大地丰富了信息传播的方式,也深刻地改变了我们的生活、工作以及思维方式。随着全球化的不断深入,国际传播能力成为衡量一个国家文化软实力的重要标尺。高校作为人才培养的主阵地和科研创新的高地,肩负着为国家输送具备国际竞争力的传播人才的重要使命。然而,全媒体时代的到来,既为国际传播带来了前所未有的机遇,也对其提出了更高的要求。因此,探究全媒体时代高校国际传播人才培养的多维路径,不仅具有理论价值,更具有重要的实践意义。本文将从全媒体时代高校国际传播人才培养的背景、意义、现状、新要求以及培养路径等方面进行深入探讨,以期为相关领域的研究和实践提供有益的参考和借鉴。In today's rapidly changing information technology,human society has entered a new era-the era of all media.This era is characterized by the diversification and interactivity of information dissemination channels,which not only greatly enriches the ways of information dissemination,but also profoundly changes our lives,work,and ways of thinking.With the continuous deepening of globalization,international communication capability has become an important yardstick for measuring a country's cultural soft power.As the main battlefield for talent cultivation and the highland for scientific research and innovation,universities shoulder the important mission of delivering internationally competitive communication talents to the country.However,the advent of the all media era has brought unprecedented opportunities for international communication,as well as higher requirements for it.Therefore,exploring the multidimensional path of cultivating international communication talents in universities in the era of all media not only has theoretical value,but also has important practical significance.This article will delve into the background,significance,current situation,new requirements,and training paths of international communication talent cultivation in universities in the era of all media,in order to provide useful references and guidance for research and practice in related fields.
