槐杞黄颗粒联合头孢曲松钠对迁延性细菌性支气管炎患儿T淋巴细胞亚群及复发情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨迁延性细菌性支气管炎(PBB)患儿联用槐杞黄颗粒与头孢曲松钠对T淋巴细胞亚群及复发情况的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年1月泰安市妇幼保健院收治的108例PBB患儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各54例。对照组采用头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组采用头孢曲松钠与槐杞黄颗粒治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后观察组咳嗽、气喘、咳痰、流涕评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为96.30%,高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05);观察组复发率为1.85%,低于对照组的14.81%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组动脉血酸碱度(pH)、血氧分压(PaO_(2))、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)、第一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联用槐杞黄颗粒与头孢曲松钠能够有效减轻PBB患儿的临床症状与炎症反应,改善免疫功能、血气状况及肺功能,降低疾病复发风险。Objective To explore the effects of combination of Huaiqihuang granules and ceftriaxone sodium on T lymphocyte subsets and recurrence in children with persistent bacterial bronchitis(PBB).Methods A total of 108 children with PBB treated in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium,and the observation group was treated with ceftriaxone sodium and Huaiqihuang granules.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the scores of cough,asthma,sputum and runny nose in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was 96.30%,higher than that of the control group(83.33%)(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was 1.85%,which was lower than 14.81%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pH(pH),blood oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2)),maximum gas volume per minute(MVV)and forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huaiqihuang Granule and ceftriaxone sodium can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms and inflammatory response of PBB children,improve the immune function,blood gas status and lung function,and reduce the risk of disease recurrence.
