摘　　要：微RNA(miRNA)可通过改变靶信使RNA的翻译或稳定性在RNA沉默和转录后基因表达调控中发挥作用。此外,miRNA也是细胞生长、分化、凋亡、免疫反应等细胞过程的重要调节因子。miRNA可调节银屑病角质形成细胞的分化、增殖、凋亡和T细胞的激活、生存以及免疫细胞与角蛋白细胞之间的干扰,不同的miRNA及其靶基因可通过不同的信号转导通路参与银屑病的发生发展。银屑病中高表达的miRNA主要包括miR-31、miR-21、miR-203、miR-146a等,低表达的miRNA主要包括miR-125b、miR-205-5p等。因此,全面了解银屑病中异常表达的miRNA可以为阐明疾病的发病机制、寻找相关诊断标志物提供坚实的理论基础,同时也可为银屑病的临床治疗提供新思路。MicroRNA(miRNA)can play a role in RNA silencing and post-transcriptional gene expression regulation by altering the translation or stability of target messenger RNA.Furthermore,miRNA are also significant regulators of various cellular processes,including cell growth,differentiation,apoptosis,and immune responses.miRNA can regulate the differentiation and proliferation of psoriatic keratinocytes,apoptosis,and the activation and survival of T cells,as well as the interactions between immune cells and keratinocytes.Different miRNA and their target genes can participate in the occurrence and development of psoriasis through various signaling pathways.The miRNA that are highly expressed in psoriasis mainly include miR-31,miR-21,miR-203,miR-146a,etc.,while the miRNA that are lowly expressed mainly include miR-125b,miR-205-5p,etc.Therefore,a thorough understanding of the aberrantly expressed miRNA in psoriasis provides a solid theoretical foundation for elucidating its pathogenesis and seeking the diagnostic markers,as well as offering new ideas for clinical treatment of psoriasis.
