摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化性血脂异常与心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率之间的残余风险密切相关,即使2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平达标后,这种风险依然存在。非常规血脂指标[如非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、三酰甘油/HDL-C比值、LDL-C/HDL-C比值、总胆固醇/HDL-C比值]在T2DM患者的心血管风险预测中逐渐受到重视。心血管风险的早期识别对于优化T2DM管理至关重要。随着心血管疾病预防策略的不断细化,研究的重点逐渐转向简便、全面且有效的心血管疾病风险分层方法。未来将进一步评估上述指标与其他代谢参数的协同作用,精确区分阈值,优化个体化治疗,并通过动态监测上述指标加强精准的心血管风险管理。Atherosclerotic dyslipidemia is closely associated with a residual risk of cardiovascular morbidity and mortality.This risk still exists even after the level of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)reaches the standard.Unconventional blood lipid indicators such as non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL-C),triglycerides/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C and the total cholesterol/HDL-C have gradually gained the attention in predicting cardiovascular risk among patients with the T2DM.The early identification of cardiovascular risk is crucial for optimizing T2DM management.Along with the continuous refinement of the cardiovascular disease prevention strategies,the research focus is gradually shifting towards simple,comprehensive,and effective cardiovascular disease risk stratification methods.In the future,we will further evaluate the synergistic effect of the above indicators with other metabolic parameters,accurately distinguish thresholds,optimize individualized treatment,and strengthen precise cardiovascular risk management through dynamic monitoring of the above indicators.
