摘　　要：鼻咽癌是我国华南地区高发的恶性肿瘤,放化疗是其主要治疗手段,但常导致鼻窦炎、口腔黏膜炎、放射性脑病等并发症,影响患者的生活质量。基于“清阳浊阴”理论认为,鼻咽癌放化疗并发症的病机可归纳为“清阳不升,浊阴不降”,中医治疗策略“升清阳、降浊阴”在改善患者症状和增强免疫功能方面显示出积极效果。未来研究应关注中医药与现代医学的结合,探索综合治疗方案,以期为鼻咽癌患者提供更有效的治疗选择,提升其生存质量。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a highly prevalent malignant tumor in southern China,and radiotherapy and chemotherapy are its main treatment methods.However,it often leads to complications such as sinusitis,oral mucositis,and radiation encephalopathy,which affect the quality of life of the patients.Based on the theory of"clear yang and turbid yin",the pathogenesis of complications in nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and chemotherapy can be summarized as"clear yang does not rise,turbid yin does not fall".The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment strategy of"rising clear yang and lowering turbid yin"has shown positive effects in improving patient symptoms and enhancing immune function.Future research should focus on the combination of TCM and modern medicine,explore comprehensive treatment plans,in order to provide more effective treatment options for the patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and improve their quality of life.
