摘　　要：近十年来,社科法学研究取得了许多进展,但“应往何处去”的问题也摆在了它的面前。通过建立光谱对代表性研究者进行个案分析后发现,处于“社会科学理论”和“实定法体系”之间的社科法学,与我国本土法律实践具体问题的结合日益紧密。在共时性的学术生产中,社科法学的研究者们主要以法律实践为落脚点,提炼具体的概念工具、运作机制和分析框架,而外部知识也逐渐成为其理解法律内在活动的抓手。这一趋势的产生,既源于社科法学研究实务性的增强,也源于社科法学在与法教义学的论战中对自身方法论的不断反思。当法学越发重视社科法学时,社科法学相应的研究更要深入法学的内部,明确自身特性。社科法学不是彻头彻尾的“社会科学”,但它对中国本土法律实践的有效探索,也要建立在更扎实的社科理论积累之上。“立足法律实践,化用社科知识”是社科法学未来发展的应有之义。While significant progress has been made in the study of law and social sciences during the past decade,the question of"Where are you going?"has also been posed to it.A case study of representative researchers through the establishment of a spectrum reveals that law and social sciences,which is situated between"social sciences theory"and"the system of positive law",has become increasingly integrated with the real legal system.In the co-temporal academic production,researchers mainly focus on legal practice for refining specific conceptual tools,operational mechanisms and analytical frameworks.Extrinsic knowledge has gradually become the grip for understanding the intrinsic activities of law.This phenomenon shows that law and social sciences has made a breakthrough in the debate with legal dogmatic by constantly reflecting on its own methodology.The more the jurisprudence pays attention to law and social sciences,the more the corresponding research should be close to the jurisprudence and deepen the internal knowledge of law.Law and social sciences is not an outright"social sciences",but its effective exploration of China's local legal practice should also be based on a more solid foundation of social science knowledge."To be based on jurisprudence and to deepen social sciences"is the integral component of its future development.
