摘　　要：数字经济作为推动产业变革的重要动力正逐步应用于海洋经济领域,采用固定效应模型、面板门槛模型,利用2013-2019年11个沿海省份的面板数据,从海洋产业转型和升级两个维度实证检验数字化对海洋产业高质量发展的影响。研究发现,数字化赋能海洋产业转型和升级且对海洋产业转型的作用更加显著。异质性分析表明数字化对三大海洋经济圈的海洋产业转型和升级效果存在明显的区域异质性,促进效果表现为北部>南部>东部。进一步研究发现,海洋经济发展水平是重要的门槛变量,当北部和南部海洋经济圈跨过门槛值后数字技术对海洋产业的贡献度显著增加,而当东部海洋经济发展水平跨过门槛值后明显弱化。本文为数字化赋能海洋产业高质量发展提供政策建议,即政府需增加资金投入,适当将海洋经济发展中心向北部和南部移动并提高涉海科创能力等。Digital economy,as an important driver of industrial transformation,is being gradually applied in the field of marine economy.This paper empirically examines the impact of digitalization on the high-quality development of marine industry from two dimensions:The transformation and the upgrading of marine industry,which are based on panel data of 11 coastal provinces from 2013-2019 and via fixed effect model and panel threshold model.It is found that digitalization enables the transformation and upgrading of the marine industry,with a more significant impact on the industry's transformation.The heterogeneity analysis shows that there is obvious regional heterogeneity in the effects of digitalization on the transformation and upgrading of the marine industry in the three major marine economic circles,with the promotion effect is shown as north>south>east.Further research found that the development level of marine economy is an important threshold variable.When the northern and southern marine economic circles crossed the threshold,the contribution of digital technology to the marine industry increased significantly,while when the eastern marine economic development level crossed the threshold,it weakened significantly.This study provides policy recommendations for the high-quality development of the digitalized enabling marine industry.The government needs to increase capital investment,appropriately move the marine economic development center to the north and south,and improve the ability of ocean-related scientific and technological innovation.
