摘 要:基于2011-2020年我国11个沿海地区的面板数据,运用全局熵值法测度我国沿海地区的海洋渔业经济高质量发展水平,并构建中介效应模型考察数字经济对其影响及科技创新在该影响机制中发挥的作用。结果显示,我国沿海地区的海洋渔业经济高质量发展水平整体呈现上升趋势;数字经济能够通过提高科技创新水平,从而推动海洋渔业经济的高质量发展,且科技创新发挥着部分中介效应。Based on the panal data of 11 provinces in China's coastal areas from 2011 to 2020,this paper uses the global entropy method to measure the high-quality development level of the marine fishery economy in China's coastal areas,and constructs a mediation effect model to examine the impact of the digital economy on this development and the role of scientific and technological innovation in the impact mechanism.The empirical results show that the high-quality development level of marine fishery economy in China's coastal areas is on the rise;Digital economy can promote the high-quality development of marine fishery economy by improving the level of scientific and technological innovation,with scientific and technological innovation playing a partially mediating effect.
