摘　　要：文章分析某船用电机转子导电环异常开裂问题,通过建立造成转子导电环异常开裂故障树,得出转子导电环开裂原因是设备故障焊接时焊缝偏离骑缝产生了虚焊。根据故障原因,采取一定的措施后,转子导电环开裂问题得到解决。The paper analyzes the abnormal cracking problem of the rotor conductive ring of a marine motor establishes the fault tree causing the abnormal cracking of the rotor conductive ring.It concludes that the cracking of the rotor conductive ring is that the weld deviates from the seam during welding after equipment failure,resulting in poor welding.According to the cause of failure,this paper takes certain measures and solves the cracking problem of rotor conductive ring.
