摘　　要：凝水泵是蒸汽动力船舶汽轮给水机组的重要组成部分,文章针对某船因增压泵内高温除氧水泄漏至凝水泵导致凝水泵汽蚀、给水机组热态切换时不能建立出口压力的故障案例,对故障排查过程进行了总结,为同类设备的故障排除提供了经验借鉴。The condensate pump is a critical component of the water supply unit of the turbine of steampowered ships.This paper summarized a troubleshooting process of the fault case that the condensate pump of a ship gets cavitation and cannot establish the outlet pressure when the water supply unit makes a hot switch,which is due to the leakage of the hot deaeration water from booster pump to condensate pump.This paper can provide experience reference for similar equipment's troubleshooting.
