摘　　要：分量插件是某型消磁系统的控制核心,文章针对目前只能通过修理样机检修分量插件的问题,通过分析消磁系统及分量插件工作原理,研究采用单分量磁传感器或信号发生器替代控制信号的便携式检修装置,并通过搭建原理样机验证了采用信号发生器的方案合理可行,且信号稳定性高、不易受到干扰,具有在任何时间任何地点都能够开展检修保障的优势,可以有效提高分量插件的检修保障效率。The component plug-in board is the control unit of a certain type of degaussing system.In view of the problem that it can only maintain the component plug-in by repairing the prototype,this paper analyzes the working principles of the degaussing system and component plug-in board,studies a portable maintenance device that uses a single component magnetic sensor or signal generator to replace the control signal,and verified,by building a prototype,that the scheme of using the signal generator is reasonable and feasible,the signal stability is high and it is not easy to be disturbed.It has the advantage of being able to carry out maintenance and support at any time and any place,which can effectively improve the maintenance and support efficiency of the component plug-in board.
